The Dover's Witches' Market is a local community event featuring vendors and small businesses who specialize in witchcraft, magic, herbalism, spiritual readings, and handmade artisan goods.
The Witches Market features dozens of local artisans, authors, crafters, spiritual & energy healers, Tarot Readers, Oracle Readers, Mediums and psychics and astrological natal charts.
This form is for small business and local Artisans who wish to be considered as a Vendor for our annual Witches' Market held in October. If you are interested in selling your items in our store, you may also fill out this form.
Submission of this form DOES NOT guarantee a vendor spot for the Witches Market. We review each submission form and will contact you directly if we wish to extend an opportunity to be part of the market or team.

The Witches Market 2023 will be held on Sunday October 29, 2023 from 12pm-5pm. Rain or Shine!
This year we will be hosting an indoor & outdoor Market at Dover City Hall.
Central Ave will be CLOSED for this event (after Hale street extending to the intersection at Washington Street by Game Chamber)
Tents will be located directly on Central Ave, St. Thomas Street and the Belknap Parking lot (adjacent to Sonny's Tavern). Sidewalks will need to remain clear for pedestrian traffic.
Dover offers FREE parking on Sundays. The McConnell Center and library Parking lot will be available for vendors to park.
Limited vendor space is available inside City Hall Auditorium with preference given to all Readers and energy healers.
*If you are a returning vendor, please let us know if you prefer an indoor or outdoor space.
New Applications: Please submit your application if your items would be appropriate for our market. We are accepting apps for Tarot, Oracle and Rune Readers. Psychic, Mediums and all energy healers are encouraged to apply.
Inside 6'x2' table space with room for two chairs $95
Outside: 10x10 Tent Space on Central Ave, St. Thomas Street or Belknap Parking Lot $125
If you are a vendor using a tent, we will require Commercial General Liability insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 General Aggregate, naming The Groovy Witch, LLC as "additional insured."
Outside vendors may use a 10x10 pop up tent with straight legs. All tents must be weighed down with 25lb weights for each tent leg. No exceptions. Electricity, tents, tables, chairs and Wi-Fi are not supplied.
Food Vendors may apply but will be re required to get a Class V 1 day Health Permit from Dover Fire Dept. prior to the event. There will be a 1.5 hour time frame allowed for set up & break down. Event is rain or shine and will only cancel the event in EXTREME dangerous weather, No refunds will be given at any time.
